The check-out is conducted once the tenants have vacated the property. Each room is assessed for possible damage, cleaning issues and missing items against the Inventory report
A fully detailed and independent inventory is vital to prevent deposit disputes at the end of the tenancy. Professional Inventories help to settle or, preferably, avoid any disputes between Landlord and Tenant.

The Tenancy Deposit Schemes (TDSs) became compulsory under the Housing Act 2004 for all residential Assured Shorthold Tenancies created on or after 6th April 2007 in order to protect a Tenant’s deposit and to resolve disputes before they escalate.

With over 15 years experience in Estate Agency, New Homes and Residential Lettings, Louise decided to specialise and concentrate her time on offering Inventories & Check-Outs to both agents and private landlords.
Over the years Louise has worked for leading estate agents in Gloucester and has built up a strong rapport with all she has worked with. Described by past employers as reliable, hardworking and a conscientious individual; its these traits she brings with her to TIIC.
When she’s not working hard on providing an efficient inventory & check-out service, Louise enjoys nothing more than spending time outdoors with her husband, children and dog.
Most recently she has also completed various charity events; from walking up Mount Snowdon, Nightrider – 100k cycle event around London & The Cotswold Way Challenge.
